Using an online tracking system, we track the history of the fabric we source, from the yarn, and its knitting process to the finished fabric.

Sampling & Development

N Tex Sampling and Development department uses the knitted fabrics to produce samples according to the order requirement. Sample materials match accurately with the final product. These Samples are provided to our clients for approval before we start our production.

Processing

Processing of the fabric involves pre-treatment, dyeing and printing. Some pre-treatment methods involve washing, de-sizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, carbonizing, etc., to prepare the fabric to accept dyes. Dyeing and printing follow the pre-treatment. N Tex prefers cheese winding for yarn dyeing and soft flow dyeing for fabrics. International standard chemicals and eco-friendly dyes are used in the dyeing process.
